Step 1: Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This serves as your receipt and includes all the details of your purchase.
Step 2: Long Before You Ordered
Long before you ordered, our production partner’s chemists had worked on the formula, testing several hundred trial samples before choosing one.
Step 3: Independently Certified
Formulas certified to the COSMOS standard are verified by ECOCERT Greenlife from composition to processing and packaging. Each product page shows its own status.
Step 4: Finished for You
Your products are labelled with the HOMME design and packed for your order, usually within two working days.
Step 5: Shipping and Delivery
Your order is now ready for delivery. We partner with reliable postal services to get your products to you as swiftly as possible. Delivery times can vary, but we typically estimate delivery within 5 to 9 working days, depending on the destination country and local postal service processing. 88% of the transport cardboard used by our production partner is recycled.

How We Choose Who Makes HOMME
We choose our production partners against three criteria, and we publish them here:
- Certification you can check. A laboratory that certifies formulas to the COSMOS standard with ECOCERT Greenlife. Each HOMME product page states its own certification status.
- A Certified B Corporation. The company that makes our products is independently assessed by B Lab on its governance, workers, community, environment and customers.
- Made in the EU.
Today our production partner also reports that its production runs on 100% renewable electricity, and that 88% of the cardboard it uses for shipping is recycled.
We review these criteria every quarter. If a partner stops meeting them, we change partner.
