Where does HOMME ship to?
HOMME currently ships to European Union member countries, United Kingdom and United States.
Can I change the delivery address?
- Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. This includes amending the delivery address, shipping method, or removing items from the order.
- If you do need to change your address, you can do it by notifying the courier who will contact you on the day of the delivery to coordinate the address and time of arrival.
Shipping Costs
Our shipping prices are based on weight rather than unit count, ensuring fair and accurate pricing for your orders.
Free standard shipping on orders over €100.
Please note, the full lead time is: shipping time + 2 days fulfilment time (for orders containing 1–10 units).

Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. The exact cost for your order will be calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address.
Our shipping partner reserves the right to modify shipping prices without prior notice. These adjustments may be influenced by changes in carrier fees, fuel prices, or other operational factors.
Taxes and Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of your shipment. These duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.
Your Right to Cancel
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@homme.ie with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You must return the products within 14 days of notifying us.
Conditions for Return
- Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with any seals intact.
- Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of cosmetic products that have been opened or where the hygiene seal has been broken.
- Gift sets and Edits must be returned as complete sets — we cannot accept partial returns of individual items from a set.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning products to us. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit. Please contact us at hello@homme.ie for the return address before sending anything back.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned items and confirm they meet the conditions above, we will process your refund within 14 days. Your refund will include the product price and the cost of standard outbound delivery. If you chose express shipping, the difference between express and standard delivery costs is not refundable.
